Considered one of the most sophisticated aquarium centers of South America, Pirata Island has four suspended aquariums, outdoors, which shelter a variety of fish species, coral reefs and sponges. It also has an orchid and bromeliad nursery, art gallery and an environmental education center. Located at Pacuio Island, in Buranhém River, the island is accessible by exclusive boats that leave from the Raft Terminal.
