How to get to Porto Seguro

By Air  

Porto Seguro’s airport has the third biggest number of passengers in the Brazilian northeast. Many airlines have daily flights to the town.

By Land

The main access is through BR-101.  When you get to Eunápolis, take BR-367 and drive 65km until Porto Seguro. 

From Salvador, follow BR-324 until it meets BR-101. Then go to Eunápolis (658km), take BR-367 and drive 65 km until Porto Seguro.  If you use the Ferry-boat system, take BA-001 or BR-101 until Eunápolis and then take BR-367 and drive 65km until Porto Seguro. 

Distances from Porto Seguro: Vitória – 600km,  Belo Horizonte – 940km, Rio de Janeiro – 1200km, São Paulo – 1580km, Brasília – 1580km and Salvador – 723km.
