The nightlife in Porto Seguro is divided in two parts. The first one consists in strolling along Passarela do Álcool in the beginning of the evening; this street is located in the city’s center and is full of colorful colonial buildings from the 17th century, which shelter bars with live music, restaurants and shops. By sunset, the space is invaded by stands selling crafts and drinks – among them the typical “capeta”, prepared with vodka, powder guaraná and condensed milk. 

 Around midnight it’s time to go to a party that probably won’t end before dawn. The main nightclubs and beach kiosks formed a pool to great an event calendar for every evening. In the program, luaus with bonfires and music presentations at the beach huts Axé Moi, Tôa-Tôa oru Barramares; and shows in the nightclubs Alcatraz, Transilvânia or Ilha do Pirata. In all the spaces there’s always a place reserved for the Brazilian Popular Music. 

The city offers some high quality restaurants and some popular bars with live music, where you may enjoy the evening and have fun.
